Monday Memos Week 2 Term 2
Week 2 is here and we still aren't sure where week 1 disappeared to.
Preservice Teacher joining us
This week we welcome Caitlin Gogel to the school. Caitlin is in her second year of a teaching degree at Tabor. She will be joining us for the next three weeks. We hope she enjoys her stay as she continues her learning journey.
Spelling
This week is List 10 and concentrating on the phoneme 'ci' to make a 'sh' sound. For example... 'beneficiary'.
Canberra Camp
Camp is getting close. Last week we emailed out the itinerary as it stands right now for the camp. In the next week we hope to send you our final information email. This will include exact times of departure and a 'What to bring list'. There will also be a few extra notes that will need filling out and returned before heading on our way.
Science Experiments
Wow, what great success we had with our experiments. A big thank you to parents for getting behind these experiments and helping to get the materials some of the students needed. From an educators point of view, it was magnificent to see students working so well together and getting organised to carry out the experiments. Plenty of smiles in the class today and not just from the students.
