We head into hump week and there is plenty going on. It’s great to see Mrs Eckermann back after her little break. Walk to Taikondi As a  part of our Maths and Christian Studies, we are heading on a local walk (weather permitting) to Taikondi tomorrow between recess and lunch. Students are to wear sports uniform for this little excursion. If students want to pack a wet weather jacket tomorrow they can. (Might be worth naming it)  In heading down there by foot, we will be testing our speed and measurement calculations that we have been carrying out in class. We will also talk about spirituality and how nature and location is important to the Kaurna people but also to many others. We will also have a cheeky snag in bread while we are down there.  Fingers crossed for this little outing. Bike Ed  Day 1 last Thursday went really well with a few riders experiencing some fantastic development in their riding skills. There has been a slight change in the timetabling though as the expected 4 day

Monday Memos week 3 Term 4

Welcome to another week. The important information this week is about bike Ed as we prepare for engagement next week on the Thursday. Please read below for the key information. Spelling - List 12 Group 1: ending with ‘eous’- hideous, instantaneous, gorgeous Group 2: involving the ‘dge’ sound - begrudge, ledge, partridge Bike Ed Dates:  Thursdays the 26 May, 2, 9 and 23 June Bike Drop Off: For bikes to be actively involved in the program, they first need to go through a bike check. A team from the RAA will be here on the morning of the first day to give all bikes a check and some basic maintenance. Please have your child’s bike here that morning by 8:30am up at the top Carpark by the courts. If that time doesn’t suit you, we will happily receive bikes prior to that date and lock them away. While it would be great for students to bring their bikes to and from school for each session, we understand that this is extremely difficult for many. So, if bikes need to be left at school for the
