Monday Memos Week 6 Term 2
Well after a busy but valuable week in the nations capital, we come back to school to pull our sleeves up and get solve work done leading into the mid year break. Here are the points of interest for this week...
Recovery still in process:
Angie is still out of action with her broken ankle and our prayers and thoughts are with her. Just like the week before camp, this week we are joined in the Senior Unit by Courtney Wood. She has certainly gotten to know the students well and injects great enthusiasm in the classroom as well as building positive relationships with the students. If you see her around, please make her feel welcome.
Spelling:
List 13 this week, looking at double letters.
Assembly:
We are lead to believe that the Senior Unit is on Assembly next Monday. Our assembly will cover the different facets of Camp. See note below in whole school memos for booking.
Taikondi:
This week (Thursday) we will be heading down to Taikondi on a local excursion to explore the idea and concept of spirituality in nature. While we are down there, we will be carrying out a task using our senses.
