Circle Time
We are focussing on ‘emotions’ this term. To help us out, we would like kids to bring in a photo or memento of a happy time for next Monday’s Circle Time. This would be greatly appreciated.

COVID Requirements
- It will continue that Parents / Caregivers are respectfully asked not to be on site any more than is necessary
- Access to classrooms and other school buildings will remain limited to staff, students and essential services
- If parents/caregivers need to enter the school they will need to wear a face mask and check in via the QR code or complete the hard copy sign-in sheet in the office.
- It remains essential that staff, students and others do not come on the school site if they are unwell and that they get tested for COVID-19
- Parents are asked to pass on these school COVID requirements to other family members and friends who may be collecting your child
PLP Meetings and Learning Conferences Term 3
Student PLP meetings are being held this week via Zoom/Microsoft Teams or by telephone as preorganised / requested with your child’s classroom teacher. If you attend a PLP meeting you will not need to book a Learning Conference
Student Learning Conferences are being over the next 2 weeks.
- Tuesday 17 August 3:45pm to 6:00pm
- Thursday 19 August 3:45pm to 7.30pm
- Wednesday 25 August 3:45pm to 6:00pm

It is preferred that all meetings will be via Zoom/Microsoft Teams (telephone is a second option). Please provide the necessary contact email / number as per the questions and prompts.

School Photo Day Wednesday 18 August
- Individually named student envelopes were sent home last week.
- All envelopes must be returned by Friday 13 August even if you are not placing an order
- Online credit card payments are preferred or correct money enclosed in the envelope (no change provided via school office)
- Students can collect a Family Group Photo envelope from the office
- Students (in Yr 2-6) will need to wear their full formal uniform (with green jumper), whilst F-1 students will wear sports uniform (with Rugby Jumper)
- Photographers will start at 9am with the Year 6s followed by foundation students and then the other year levels
iGOSH
- Online bookings for next week will close at 2pm this Friday. You can book in after that via contacting Katrina direct.
- July Vacation Care accounts are now overdue. Your prompt payment with these is appreciated.
- iGOSH will be available for the upcoming Student Free Day on Friday 3 Sept (bookings will open soon)
- The program for the next vac care will be out in week 6.
- Please remember to wear a mask, scan the QR code and only come into our service to sign in or out your children.
- More observations have been added to Seesaw, so please check to see if your child has one to read.
Subway Lunches
- Subway lunch orders in by Wednesday for lunch on Friday
Worship and Praise
- Due to COVID-19 restrictions W&P will be for students only. This week Mr Trigg will lead us.

Assembly
- Year 5’s will present at Assembly next Monday 16 August. It will be recorded and emailed to parents to view from home.
Census
- Our school Census (student enrolment numbers) was conducted on Fri 6 August.
- Families are reminded to action their own household Census Tues 10 August.

School Lane – entering and exiting
- If you park in the top deck area (school lane carpark and tennis courts) please exit via the driveway through the house yard onto East Terrace. (This gate will be open at start of day and end of day and locked during the day.) Please do not park and block this driveway access and please do not enter via the East Terrace Driveway as this is an EXIT only.
- If you exit School Lane onto Daly Street, please be reminded there is NO RIGHT TURN in the peak morning and afternoon time slots (8-9am and 3-4pm).
